If you are experienced in arts-based methods, or simply curious – perhaps wondering what the buzz around arts-based methods for sustainability and transformations is all about – this session is for you!
During this session, you will learn more about the working group’s focus and upcoming activities, while also taking a first plunge into this broad and exciting space. By participating, you will have the chance to learn about the foundations that characterise the role of arts-based methods in social-ecological systems (SES) research, while also taking part in shaping the evolution and future activities of the working group.
This session will be facilitated by the working group co-leads, Mia Strand (Nelson Mandela University) and Silvana Juri (Stockholm Resilience Centre/SARAS Institute), and will feature a talk on arts-based methods in social-ecological systems (SES) research by working group member, Liebrecht Fick (CST, Stellenbosch University).
